2021 NAPA VALLEY ROSÉ

This lively Rosé showcases a beautiful color and an intensity of juicy fruit and fresh floral notes. Flavors of fresh strawberries, watermelon, and red grapefruit and rose petals are cherished. Soft, dry and crisp with balanced acidity and sweetness, this wine will be your summertime favorite.

With its cooling influence from the San Pablo Bay which allows the grapes to reach their full ripeness while retaining a high acidity, Napa Carneros is the perfect region for growing Pinot Noir for Rosé. The grapes were picked slightly early to ensure a lively wine. They were then destemmed and very lightly crushed – just enough to break the skins and allow the wine to run. This was followed by very gentle pressing and a cool fermentation.
