As temperatures rise and spontaneous summer hangs fill our calendars, one viral trend has us rethinking our go-to pour: B&B Sauvignon Blanc + jalapeños. Yes, you read that right.
Thanks to the team at People, Bread & Butter Sauvignon Blanc is taking center stage in what might just be the drink of the summer. They poured our crisp California Sauvignon Blanc over a few frozen jalapeño slices for a “five-second taste test” – and the results were spicy (sort of), fun, and totally pool-party-approved.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is bright, zesty, and refreshingly crisp – perfectly primed to play with a pop of heat. The citrus and stone fruit notes mellow the spice, while the herbal jalapeño brings out the wine’s subtle green character. It’s an easy twist with just enough kick to keep things interesting.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Bread & Butter Sauvignon Blanc, chilled
- 2–4 frozen jalapeño slices (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Pour Sauvignon Blanc into your favorite stemmed glass.
- Add frozen jalapeños (they chill the wine and release flavor slowly).
- Give it a gentle swirl, sip, and savor.
