Rich and complex aromas of green apple, macadamia nut, and honeycomb. The palate is full-bodied, with juicy pear, golden apple, and quince with a savory note that carries into a long finish.
The grapes are sourced from select Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the cool Carneros growing region of Napa Valley. Primary fermentation happens in stainless steel tanks, with secondary fermentation taking place in bottle in the traditional method, with tirage bottling in January 2020.
