Cranberry & Brie Crinkle Tart

Ingredients

  • Tart:
  • phyllo dough
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • cranberry sauce or jam
  • fresh rosemary
  • Egg mixture:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Lay out two sheets of phyllo dough sheets at a time and crinkle into an accordion shape.
  4. Brush on some of your melted butter.
  5. Add in dollops of cranberry sauce, sliced brie, and rosemary.
  6. Pour on the remaining melted butter.
  7. Put in the oven for 15 minutes to get crispy.
  8. While baking, make your egg mixture by whisking together- milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  9. Out of the oven serve warm and enjoy with a glass of Bread & Butter Pinot Noir
